Terms of Service
Please read these terms before creating a French Lab account.
1. Your account
You need an account to use the learning features. Keep your password private, give accurate details, and let us know if you think someone else has used your account. You must be old enough to consent to online services where you live.
2. Acceptable use
French Lab is for personal language learning. Please don't attempt to disrupt the service, resell access, scrape content in bulk, or upload material you don't have the right to share. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
3. AI coaching and exam scores
Corrections, levels and CEFR/CLB estimates are generated automatically to help you study. They are practice guidance only and are not an official TEF, TCF or CLB result.
4. Subscriptions
Free accounts include the core learning modules. Premium plans add unlimited AI coaching, premium voices and exam simulations. Prices and plan contents may change; you'll be told before a change affects a paid plan.
5. Your content
Your writing, recordings and transcripts remain yours. You give us permission to process them so we can generate feedback and save your progress.
6. Availability
We work to keep French Lab available, but the service is provided as is. Features may change or be withdrawn as the app evolves.
7. Ending your use
You may stop using French Lab and request deletion of your account at any time from Profile settings. We may close accounts that breach these terms.
